Andy loves a good Italian beef sandwich, so this week I’m sharing his mom’s recipe that I tweaked just a tiny bit. This will be another easy peasy recipe to just throw in the crockpot and it will be ready for you when you get home, so great for a busy weeknight, per usual…the way I roll.

This beef will slow cook for 8 hrs. and when you get home, it will be fork tender and ready to shred. Serve it on hoagie buns with as much or as little of the juice as you prefer. It’s great for any day, any time and enough to feed a crowd.

I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This week we’re making cheeseburger pasta and it’s delicious! Simple to make, my style, and full of flavor which the family will love. Most of the ingredients used I always have on hand, so it’s something great to throw together on a weeknight when you just can’t decide what you’re wanting to make.

Whip this meal up after work, serve it with a simple side salad and dinner rolls and you’re good to go!

Enjoy!

A day late and a dollar short again on this week’s recipe, I apologize!! Life got away from me over the weekend with all the craziness we experienced last week!!

This week I’m sharing a quick and easy stroganoff recipe with y'all. This is a meal I can pretty much always throw together because it’s made with simple and basic ingredients I usually always keep on hand. It’s super easy to make and takes hardly any time at all so it’s perfect for a busy weeknight. It’s also kid and husband approved, so that’s a bonus!

Hope you find it easy and enjoyable as well!
